This is a lean, execution-focused team of world-class researchers and engineers with deep domain expertise. They’re now expanding their Prediction Markets desk and looking for exceptional Rust engineers to help build and scale high-performance trading systems from the ground up.## About the Role You’ll be joining a small, elite team responsible for building one of the most technically advanced trading systems in the market.  

You’ll work closely with researchers to translate models into production-grade, low-latency systems that execute trades on decentralized prediction markets.

This is a greenfield environment — no legacy codebase, no bureaucracy. You’ll have ownership from architecture and implementation to deployment and optimization.## What You’ll Do
* Design, build, and maintain high-performance Rust systems for trading and execution
* Collaborate with quant researchers to integrate models and pipelines
* Implement and optimize APIs for prediction market platforms (e.g. Solana, Polygon)
* Own the entire development lifecycle: design, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring
* Contribute to architecture discussions and long-term scalability planning
