Turret Punch Operator

We are seeking a Turret Punch Operator to support the production of sheet metal components in a manufacturing environment. This position involves operating CNC or similar machinery, monitoring part quality, and following established safety and production guidelines. Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and reliability are essential for success in this role. Primary Responsibilities

• Operate turret punch or similar CNC equipment to produce metal parts
• Prepare machines for production, including basic setup and adjustments
• Load and position sheet metal materials for processing
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
• Use measuring tools and follow work instructions or drawings
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic upkeep
• Identify minor equipment or production issues and communicate concerns
• Accurately document production activity and job status
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment
• Familiarity with CNC or punch press equipment is a plus
• Ability to read basic drawings or work instructions
• Comfortable with measuring tools and basic math
• Basic computer or data entry skills
