Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Consultant in Lugoff, SC. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and presenting suitable options. Additional tasks include providing an excellent customer service experience, addressing inquiries, managing sales processes, and guiding customers through the purchase process. The candidate will work closely with the dealership team to meet sales goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Sales Consulting and a track record of achieving sales goals
- Strong customer satisfaction and customer service abilities to build lasting relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills, including listening and interpersonal skills
- Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus
- Previous experience in automotive sales is not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales certifications are a plus
