We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented, disciplined, and energetic individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone or email, manage a book of business efficiently, and represent The Mason Automotive Group in a respectable manner, even during off-hours when engaging with consumers.

• Communicate with customers promptly and professionally via phone and email.
• Manage and grow a book of business by nurturing client relationships.
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Meet or exceed sales and leasing goals through determination and discipline.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Disciplined and able to manage time effectively.
• Energetic and enthusiastic about engaging with clients.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage a book of business and build long-term client relationships.
• Professional demeanor representing the company in and outside of work hours.
• Ability to work 45-55 hours per week if needed.

• Competitive compensation: $38,500.00 - $95,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
