Drainage Foreman

Overview

Flatiron Dragados is seeking a Drainage Foreman for the I-95 Lumberton office. The role requires leading a crew of hourly workers in construction projects, focusing on safety, planning, and performance.

• Lead crew of hourly workers on a project site and manage safety, planning, production, and performance of construction tasks.
• Coordinate onsite labor activities, materials, and equipment; request necessary materials.
• Support safety procedures and regulations for assigned personnel and subcontractors.
• Understand daily production schedule and adjust work to meet schedule and cost parameters.
• Maintain knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
• Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with project construction tools and equipment safety.

USD $24.00/Hr. – USD $27.00/Hr.

Personal Vehicle Allowance Tier II: $950 USD/month
