PCR is seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join a mission-driven, community-focused healthcare organization serving the Lumberton region. Located in southeastern North Carolina, Lumberton offers a historic setting, access to scenic waterways, cultural amenities, and a welcoming community atmosphere.

This role is ideal for a physician committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive pediatric care to underserved and diverse populations.

• Base Salary: $200,000 $ 240,000, commensurate with experience

• Productivity Bonus Program

• Sign-On/Transition Bonus: $10,000+

• Additional Compensation:

  • Evenings (4:30 p.m. 6:00 p.m.): $100/hour

  • Weekends (9:00 a.m. 11:00 a.m.): $100/hour

  • On-Call (October March): Weeknights $125 / Weekends $300

  • On-Call (April September): Weeknights $100 / Weekends $250

• Team Support: Medical Director, 2 Pediatricians, 6 APPs, and 2 ancillary staff per provider
