Job Summary

Technical Services provides technical expertise and support in assisting clients with installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary customer contact on technical and service-related problems to achieve product/service performance standards and total customer satisfaction; diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical/service issues; instructing clients on proper usage and operation of equipment; and documenting and maintaining clients’ service logs.

Prepare reports for product failure analysis and serviceability issues and escalate to relevant engineering teams. Work environment is typically on-site/field and does not handle queries remotely via phone or email.

• Serve as the key customer contact on technical and service-related problems to achieve required product/service performance standards and total customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical/service issues.
• Instruct clients on the proper usage and operation of equipment.
• Document and maintain clients’ service logs; prepare reports for product failure analysis and serviceability issues; escalate to relevant engineering teams.
• Work on-site/field; engage in on-site activities rather than remote queries.
• Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters requiring coordination between organizations.

• BA or equivalent + 6 years related experience, or MA + 4 years related experience.
• Position requires weekly travel.
