Project Manager Role
The Project Manager serves as the client’s (homeowner/policyholder) conduit and coordinator of the job from start to finish. They coordinate mitigation, remediation, and repairs efficiently by understanding the loss, dispatching field crews, arranging testing, and scheduling trades based on the repair estimate, all while communicating pertinent details to the client.
Responsibilities- Act as the client’s advocate and conduit of information, maintaining daily contact as the job progresses.
- Serve as guardian of job data, managing the data asset in a court‑ready, complete fashion.
- Manage field crews, coordinate testing, schedule trades, and ensure efficient job completion.
- Experience in the Restoration industry.
- Certification by the IICRC in Water Damage and Fire & Smoke Restoration.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain data integrity.
Starting salary between $25,000 and $40,000, plus bonuses. Medical and dental insurance is not included.
