Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant Primary Care ALF

Eventus Whole Health delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide primary-care services according to site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine in long-term care facilities.
• Quality/Compliance:
• Review and sign MARs, orders, and documentation within specified time frames; manage lab reviews, narcotic prescriptions, and administrative duties.
• Complete documentation and billing records promptly, providing copies to the facility.
• Maintain open communication with facility staff and meet regularly with administrators or care coordinators.
• Adhere to Eventus Whole Health policies, legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, including HIPAA confidentiality.
• Consult with the clinical supervisor before refusing resident care requests.

Qualifications/

Education:

• Masters degree in Nursing with a valid state license, or
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program, passing the national certification exam, and licensure in your state. Geriatric, family, or psychiatry specialization is preferred.
