We are seeking an energetic Little Caesars Assistant Manager to join the Campbell Oil Company team.

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager works productively and supervises restaurant associates to ensure they perform their job responsibilities, driving customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift.

Responsibilities
  • Serves customers and completes orders within service time goals, following customer service standards and the telephone and front counter station procedures.
  • Prepares and ensures consistent, high‑quality products for customers as described in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook.
  • Displays the proper image and follows Little Caesars policies, procedures and standards for conduct.
  • Cleans and organizes work stations, maintaining restaurant image standards and local health department requirements.
  • Performs cash management responsibilities and ensures compliance with all safety and security procedures.
  • Provides direction and feedback to associates, coaching or counseling to ensure all Little Caesars standards, procedures and policies are achieved.
  • Monitors shift activities to control food, paper, labor, and utility costs, ensuring compliance.
  • Completes all daily paperwork accurately and neatly.
  • Follows all opening and closing procedures, handles unexpected occurrences, and notifies appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in restaurants, retail or a customer‑contact position preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable, hard‑working and able to work under pressure and in stressful situations.
  • Ability to work a standard schedule of approximately 20‑30 hours per week and perform all essential functions of the job.
  • Valid driver’s license from the state of residence with a driving record maintained within company guidelines; reliable vehicle and auto insurance to complete daily banking and other responsibilities.
  • Meet Little Caesars Background Verification guidelines.

The U.S. Department of Justice (INS Division) requires that each Colleague provide documentation that proves their eligibility to work in the United States.
