Residential Security Advisor
Location:
Lumberton, North Carolina. This full‑time role offers an average annual earning of $60,000 to $90,000 (base pay + uncapped commissions) and a comprehensive benefits package.
- Design, present, and sell our award‑winning security and home‑automation solutions, and schedule in‑home sales consultations.
- Effectively communicate CPI Security’s value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers.
- Self‑generate customer connect opportunities, in addition to company leads, to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers and potential customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned locations.
- Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales.
- Work closely with Sales Manager and team to ensure goals are achieved.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of outside sales experience preferred; candidates with no sales experience who can demonstrate motivation and the right attitude will be considered.
- Highly driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity.
- Strong time‑management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills and professional credibility to influence sales leaders and professionals.
- Detail‑oriented, creative, and decisive.
- Experience working with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Average annual earnings of $60,000 to $90,000.
- Guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commissions.
- Company fuel card and equipment (iPhone, iPad, etc.).
- Comprehensive and ongoing training, including leadership development.
