Residential Security Advisor

Location:

Lumberton, North Carolina. This full‑time role offers an average annual earning of $60,000 to $90,000 (base pay + uncapped commissions) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Design, present, and sell our award‑winning security and home‑automation solutions, and schedule in‑home sales consultations.
  • Effectively communicate CPI Security’s value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers.
  • Self‑generate customer connect opportunities, in addition to company leads, to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers and potential customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned locations.
  • Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales.
  • Work closely with Sales Manager and team to ensure goals are achieved.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of outside sales experience preferred; candidates with no sales experience who can demonstrate motivation and the right attitude will be considered.
  • Highly driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Strong time‑management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and professional credibility to influence sales leaders and professionals.
  • Detail‑oriented, creative, and decisive.
  • Experience working with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
