Carpenter Foreman
Join us at Flatiron Dragados. We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead a crew of hourly workers on project sites.
Our office is located at 105 Back Swamp Road, Lumberton NC 28360. We look forward to reviewing your application!
What You Will Be Doing- Lead crew of hourly workers on a project site and manage safety, planning, production and performance of directed construction tasks.
- Perform onsite coordination of labor activities, materials and equipment. Request materials needed for scope of work.
- Support safety procedures and regulations for assigned personnel and subcontractors.
- Understand daily production schedule and adjust work to meet schedule and cost parameters.
- Maintain knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
- Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience with project construction tools and equipment safety.
USD $30.00/Hr. – USD $35.00/Hr.
Vehicle ProgramPersonal Vehicle Allowance Tier II: $950 USD/month
