Methodist Home for Children (MHC) is looking for committed people to join our team as Direct Support Staff in our Multipurpose Home in Lumberton, NC-a residential facility that changes lives and sets teens on the right path.

What You'll Do:

* Be a positive role model for youth in crisis

* Provide daily support and structure in a group home setting

* Help teens develop life skills, change behavior, and build brighter futures

* Work as part of a live-in care team in a high-impact environment

Requirements:

* 21 or older with a valid driver's license

* High school diploma or GED

* Experience working with youth or in a structured care setting

* Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
