while related background is nice to have, we have a comprehensive SOP and training in place, and is very willing to train for the candidate. Hence candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply!

• Third-party logistics management – Coordinate tasks related to third-party logistics providers,ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Communicate with clients and platforms – Serve as the liaison between customers and logistical platforms.
• Enter and track daily order information in the system.
• Prepareorder shipment documents – Create and manage the documentation needed for outbound shipments.
• Schedule pickups and arrange deliveries.
• Handle order exceptions – Swiftly manage and resolve discrepancies or issues that arise with orders.
• Dispatch and routing tasks.
• Follow up with internal teams, clients, and platforms in an efficient manner.
• Soft skills (very important!): attention to detail, responsible, willing and able to communicate and provide prompt updates to all parties involved;excellent work ethic in general.
• Due to the nature of the position, bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
