Member Service Representative

AdditionalRequired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6‑month cash handling or equivalent experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values
- Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
- Processing member transactions, i.e. deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cashing checks, loan payments, credit card cash advances, etc.
- Issuing money orders, cashier checks, and hunting/fishing license tags
- Responsible for balancing drawer
Classification: Non‑Exempt
Location: Lumberton
Hours: Scheduled for 40 hours per week between the hours of
Monday through Thursday: 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM
Friday: 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM or 9:15 AM to 6:15 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 6:45 AM to 10:15 AM
