Permit Substitute Teacher

Become a Permit Substitute Teacher with South Shore Regional Centre for Education in Lunenburg and Queens County, NS. This position requires a completed BA or BSc and experience working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill in for absent regular teachers as needed

• Support students' learning across various subjects

• Handle daily assignments in Lunenburg and Queens County

• Follow cultural pedagogical approaches in teaching

• Manage classroom environments effectively

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields

• Experience working with children in educational settings

• Clear Child Abuse Register check

• Valid Criminal Records and Vulnerable Sector Checks

• Ability to pick up sub positions after 6:00am
