Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update work area schedules to meet MPS demands

• Collaborate with multiple departments to identify risks and opportunities

• Conduct daily meetings to prioritize tasks and materials

• Ensure operators use well-calibrated equipment for production

Requirements:

• Post Secondary Diploma or Degree in manufacturing or engineering

• 5 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in aerospace

• Strong leadership skills to motivate team members

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Focus on safety and proactive problem-solving
