In this exciting role, you will collaborate with various departments to provide engineering support for the fabrication of production parts. Your expertise, garnered from 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, will be pivotal in enhancing product quality and addressing engineering production challenges. Engage with technical teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and support continual process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate evaluation and resolution of engineering production issues

• Ensure Configuration Control of products and processes

• Update product definitions with Production Technical Leaders

• Serve on the Material Review Board to ensure product quality

• Review engineering specifications and processes to improve knowledge

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or relevant discipline

• 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting

• Background in composite manufacturing and aerostructures

• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software, CATIA V5 preferred

• Familiarity with production philosophies: LEAN, JIT, 5S
