Position: Plant Quality & Safety Leadership Role
Join High Liner Foods as the Plant Quality & Food Safety Manager and lead vital food safety initiatives. Ensure high standards of quality and regulatory compliance in a collaborative setting.

In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining all quality assurance programs while reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Food Safety & Quality. Your leadership will foster a proactive culture around food safety, coaching teams to uphold rigorous standards of compliance and effectiveness. Collaborate with internal departments to support operational goals and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Quality Assurance and Sanitation operations

• Manage regulatory audits and compliance measures

• Lead HACCP and food safety training initiatives

• Support partners in new product development

• Ensure robust corrective action processes are in place

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or relevant experience

• 7 years in food safety management

• Knowledge of GFSI schemes and regulatory requirements

• Experience with sanitation and chemical management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
