Industrial Electrician

Job overview:

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team in an food manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure they function efficiently and safely. This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to accurately determine the layout and installation of electrical systems. You will install electrical components such as switches, outlets, and circuit breakers, conduct tests on electrical systems and equipment to verify their proper functionality, and troubleshoot any electrical issues, making necessary repairs or replacements.

Adherence to strict safety protocols and compliance with electrical codes and regulations is essential. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget, ensuring effective communication and coordination. This position requires a dedicated professional with a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. We have various Industrial Electrician positions within our facility, this position would be responsible for the boiler room and broader plant electrical maintenance.
