Job Title: Helpdesk Operator (Portals)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented operator to support our daily operational and customer service activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client portals, processing documentation, communicating with clients and internal departments, and ensuring jobs are completed and closed accurately.
Pay Rate: £13.45 p/h
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

- Manage and update client portals with relevant job information and documentation
- Upload certificates and ensure completed jobs are properly closed in internal systems
- Communicate with clients via email/phone to provide updates and respond to queries
- Provide timely updates on escalated issues to relevant teams
- Deliver a high standard of customer service when interacting with clients
- Read and interpret engineers' notes to accurately update systems
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
