Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Helpdesk Operator to work on a site-based shift pattern (4 on 4 off, 7pm–7am) at Silverwood Industrial Park, Lurgan.
The role involves handling customer orders, enquiries, and communications with professional email etiquette, plus maintaining customer records and processing reactive works in C4W. You will prioritise calls to meet SLAs, coordinate with the scheduling team for P1/P2 issues, and liaise with internal departments to resolve customer problems.
