Field Specialist; It

Requirement:
We need an FE with a driver's license and car who is willing to travel from Lurgan to Monaghan (travel to Monaghan sites will be reimbursed). Also they must have work authorization in both Norther Ireland, UK and republic of Ireland.

Duration:
One year.

• Lurgan Site:
  Lurgan 66 Silverwood Road,Lurgan,Co Armagh , BT66 6LN
  , UK - 2 Days per week
• Monaghan Site 1:
  Monaghan Rd, Drumillard Little, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, A75 PY88 - Half day per week
• Monaghan Site 2:
  Tullynamalra, Lough Egish Food Park, Co. Monaghan, A75 H512 - Half day per week

Day 1:
Lurgan (Full Day)

Day 2:
Lurgan (Full Day)

Day 3:
Castleblayney (Half Day) + Lough Egish (Half Day)

• Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers, video conferencing, access, kiosks, operational hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Assist site with hardware/ desk/ office/ boardroom setup as requested.
• Execute supported directed tasks for network or server support on-site by escalations teams.
• Provide first level troubleshooting and support for Applications.
• Capture, store and update in-scope site information.
• EUC Hardware (Laptops, Desktops) set-up, deployment, collection/re-imaging.
• Software/Application Installation (Country/Site specific).
• Basic Printing. Network and server troubleshooting support).
• Manage local end user asset inventory and life cycle of assets.
• Provide first level support for warehouse devices (RF Equipment’s, voice equipment’s, vehicle mounted units, label/thermal printers etc.,).
• Maintain onsite inventory of supported devices.
