Reports to: Sales Director – Network Access Products
Role OverviewThe Customer Service Manager will lead all customer service teams across the Network Access Products businesses, Cubis Systems & NAL. The role designs and owns the customer service strategy that delivers a best‑in‑place experience, leading supervisors and customer care specialists while partnering with sales and operational leaders. It plays a critical role in developing customer relationships, improving satisfaction, retention and revenue through strategic and operational collaboration.
Whatour new Customer Service Manager – NAP will be doing
- Lead a team of Customer Service Supervisors and a Customer Care specialist to improve experience, revenue and retention across Cubis Systems & NAL.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to design and implement a customer service strategy that enhances service standards.
- Work with the Quality & Environment Manager and Customer Care Coordinator to govern case management, escalation pathways and root‑cause resolution.
- Drive engagement in the customer intimacy strategy across all businesses, regions and sectors.
- Partner with Sales Director, Head of Innovation and regional Heads of Sales to capture the voice of the customer and translate insights into improvement plans.
- Act as a senior point of contact for escalation, complaints, complex issues and strategic accounts.
- Coordinate with external Sales Teams in all local and international regions to communicate orders, delivery constraints and recovery plans.
- Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Strong financial and business acumen with a track record of influencing decisions that improve customer service.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, both locally and internationally.
- Flexibility for regular travel across the UK and Ireland.
- Significant experience in Customer Service or Internal Sales Management within a fast‑paced, multi‑sited, international manufacturing environment.
- Proven history of designing and implementing a Customer Service strategy.
