Salary: $80, + Bonus

• 2+ years of previous public accounting experience.
• Construction industry experience a plus.
• Successful candidate should have CPA or be on a timeline of obtaining a CPA within a reasonable amount of time from the date of hire.
• Ability to research and resolve complex issues with minimal oversight.
• Experience in planning and supervising larger engagements; previous tax return preparation experience is required.
• Solid research and writing skills, excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of staff and clients.
• A competent working knowledge of accounting, auditing and tax software is required.

• Prepare, review, and/or execute assigned tax returns and accounting/consulting projects, working directly with Partners and Senior Managers.
• Complete moderately complex projects accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently.
• Supervise and lead members of the internal team to ensure client engagements and projects are delivered in a timely manner.
• Participate with more experienced personnel in coordinating large client engagements, identification of problems, tax law and computer model analysis, and helping clients determine optimal strategies.
• Continually participate in professional and personal development, including appropriate technical training.
• Demonstrate leadership skills in support of all firm policies and procedures to promote teamwork and loyalty.
• Promote and create positive client and team member impressions by exhibiting professional demeanor, competence, and ability.
