Base pay range$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
What You'll Do- Be the hub of office operations: welcome guests, manage communications, and keep schedules organized.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and events to ensure seamless execution.
- Support expense reporting, data entry, and other administrative processes with accuracy.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, recommending improvements when needed.
- Provide executive-level support to senior leaders and assist with IT troubleshooting.
- Contribute to company culture by helping plan team events and maintaining internal communications.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, positive team player who thrives under deadlines.
- Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
