Financial Services Representative (FSR) I, II, III

Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Function: Represent the credit union to potential, new, and existing members. Establish accounts and services. Understand and cross‑sell services and products. Build rapport and enhance member relationships. Support branch managers in daily operations. Support all credit union departments. Perform all responsibilities in support of Core 4 Values.
Responsibilities- Process member transactions and utilize teller capture for check processing.
- Apply basic Microsoft Office knowledge and navigate credit union systems.
- Answer questions and print documentation for routine inquiries.
- Maintain a positive mindset and refer unusual requests to appropriate staff.
- Assist with end‑of‑day balancing procedures and stock supplies.
- Advise supervisor of service or non‑functioning equipment.
- Support branch staffing at other branches as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; preferred some college.
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Detail and service oriented; patience, flexibility, and strong communication.
- Friendly, personable, and effective listener.
- Ability to comprehend training and apply knowledge daily.
- Dependable, initiative, and adaptable to daily challenges.
Base pay: $20.00/hr – $26.00/hr
