Ultimate Therapy is looking for an OT Occupational Therapist to fill a full‑time position. You will be part of our skilled nursing facility, providing outstanding and individualized care.
Responsibilities- Use therapeutic techniques to improve, rehabilitate, or maintain the patient’s motor skills and overall ability to perform everyday activities.
- Assess the patient’s physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan.
- Effectively communicate the treatment process, document treatment plans and progress, and liaise with patients, families and caregivers.
- Collaborate with the care team and participate in team decisions to support high‑quality patient outcomes.
- An active state OT license is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to document treatment plans and progress clearly.
- Proficiency in working as part of a cohesive, collaborative team.

Am I guaranteed 40 hours? While we cannot guarantee hours, we typically can offer a full caseload. Most of our facilities are in close proximity, enabling additional hours at nearby locations.
Do you give raises? Staff are eligible for performance reviews, where there is always an opportunity for an increase.
Why is this position open? Therapists who leave usually pursue new practice specialties or work at other SNFs. Many remain PRN with us.
How does corporate support therapists on the floors? Regional Directors and many corporate members are therapists themselves. They collaborate directly with each team member to ensure a well‑supported work environment.
What type of mentorship or support do you provide for new grads? We offer a comprehensive mentorship program. New grads are paired with an experienced therapist who guides them through documentation, evaluations, treatment methods, and more.
Salary: $50 per hour
