Patient Services Team Lead – Rad Net – Baltimore, MD

• Lead and develop a team of Patient Service Representatives.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to optimize team performance.
• Coordinate work schedules, oversee front‑office operations, and assist in hiring new front‑office staff.
• Cover staff for vacation and sick‑time absences.
• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, service‑oriented approach.
• Act as liaison between physicians and patients.
• Register patients, verify insurance, collect signatures, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Verify and update patient, physician, insurance, and billing information and collect co‑pays and fees.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Guide patients through the process and answer their questions and concerns.
• Notify back‑office staff of patient arrival and coordinate care.
• Participate in meetings and projects to support center operations and quality patient care.
• Safeguard patient property and health information and protect company property and patient financial information.
• Demonstrate professionalism, respect patient boundaries, and interact diplomatically with patients and families.
• Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Patient Service Representative in a radiology center.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, computer, and problem‑solving skills.
• Structured work approach and ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven leadership attributes and ability to build and maintain a strong team environment.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year. Full‑time position, Baltimore, MD.
