Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is seeking a self-motivated, positive, and engaging Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Greenspring Family and Internal Medicine practice in Lutherville, Maryland. The practice utilizes the nursing process defined by the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, and participates as an integral part of the interdisciplinary health care team in providing the highest quality of care to the patient.

Provides and coordinates direct care to patients. Employs interviewing, observation, and clinical assessment skills to obtain objective and subjective data about the patient and develop a plan of care. Coordinates and Prioritizes care for individuals and populations of patients. Guides and advises other interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes. Collaborates with quality management and case management teams to coordinate patient care.

Serves as a patient advocate and provides patient and family education. Recognizes emergencies and initiates appropriate action. Triage calls and rooming of patients.

• RN license in Maryland or compact state
• CPR (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network)
• Excellent Clinical Skills
• Strong communication and listening skills

• Previous telephonic triage highly preferred
• Previous RN experience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting is a plus

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
