As Store Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind our in-store experience—from sales and styling to team culture and client connection. You’ll lead by example, inspire through action, and make strategic decisions that directly shape the store’s success.

• Drive results by leading personal and team sales strategies with confidence and intention
• Develop top talent through hands-on coaching, hiring, and performance development
• Cultivate culture by creating an upbeat, motivated, and inclusive store environment
• Own the business by managing scheduling, payroll, and productivity in line with goals
• Deliver elevated service by supporting high-touch styling and clienteling experiences
• Keep it on-brand by overseeing visual merchandising and ensuring the store looks flawless
• Think big-picture by analyzing reports and trends to offer merchandising feedback and insights
• Stay fashion-obsessed by keeping a pulse on trends, competitors, and cultural moments

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience, ideally in fashion or specialty retail
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and lead high-performing teams
• Strong styling knowledge and trend awareness
• Passion for developing people and fostering a strong team dynamic
• Entrepreneurial mindset with sharp business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with retail POS systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
