This is a part‑time, evening on‑site coaching role as a Personal Trainer located in Ellicott City, MD. The Person al Trainer will lead group fitness sessions, develop personalized training programs, and deliver engaging, results‑driven workouts. Daily tasks include instructing clients in proper exercise techniques, conducting assessments, and cultivating a supportive and motivating environment to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
Qualifications- Expertise in Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, and Circuit Training
- Knowledge in Nutrition and guidance for healthy lifestyle habits
- Experience in Sports Coaching and leading group or team fitness dynamics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Relevant certifications such as CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) or similar credentials
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- A passion for health, fitness, and community service
