Accounts Payable Assistant – Luton

Fixed Term – 6 month contract.

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join Arjo’s Finance team in Luton. Your role will involve accurate day‑to‑day administration support and ensuring supplier accounts, invoices and queries are managed efficiently.

About the role

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will support the Accounts Payable team with a range of administrative and finance‑related tasks, including processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, managing vendor accounts and responding to internal and external queries by phone and email.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide accurate administrative support to the Accounts Payable team.
  • Manage your own vendor accounts, including invoice processing and supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Support the timely and accurate resolution of internal and external stakeholder queries.
  • Build positive working relationships with teams across the business.
  • Assist with the expense management system and related administration.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all finance administration.
