Revenue Accountant

An exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a fast-paced finance team, supporting the accurate reporting of revenue and delivery of month-end results within a large, complex organisation. This role offers a broad mix of financial accounting, reconciliations, controls, and reporting responsibilities, while also providing opportunities to support process improvements and finance transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial data and delivering confidence in reported results.

• Prepare and post month-end journals.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules.
• Support revenue recognition and revenue-related accounting activities.
• Perform reconciliations across key revenue and payment streams.
• Assist with month-end, half-year, and year-end reporting.
• Support external audit requirements.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies.
• Work closely with finance and operational stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Strong month-end accounting experience.
• Experience with in a large or complex organisation.
• Good understanding of reconciliations, controls, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
