Endoscopy Unit Receptionist — Patient Concierge

Work Learn Live Blmk is looking for a part-time Endoscopy Receptionist to provide professional support in the Endoscopy Department at Luton and Dunstable Hospital. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them and managing their documentation efficiently.

The role entails handling enquiries via telephone and in person, ensuring a welcoming environment while efficiently assisting with patient admissions and documentation management. Previous NHS experience is necessary and exemplary interpersonal skills are a must.
