We’re recruiting on behalf of a prestige main dealership in Luton
, looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technicians to join their professional and well-equipped workshop team.

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standards
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately in line with manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Workshop Control
• Maintain up-to-date technical and product knowledge
• Deliver excellent customer service that promotes loyalty and referrals
• Work collaboratively within the workshop team with strong attention to detail

• Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician (essential)
• Previous experience within a dealership or independent workshop
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Full UK Driving Licence required
• Able to work efficiently to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

• £30,000 – £39,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
