Property Procurement Officer – Luton, Bedford, Milton Keynes ()
We are seeking an experienced property professional to join our procurement team. In this role you will manage a caseload of property procurement, build relationships with stakeholders, and support the organisation in achieving procurement targets.

Hours of work: 40 hours per week (Mon - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm)
Salary: £32,100.00 - £35,845.00 per annum
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle*
- Manage an assigned caseload and travel accordingly to meet stakeholders and team members to support procurement targets.
- Build relationships with prospective & existing clients, source properties for long‑term contracts, and manage procurement administration.
- Ensure supply of property through accommodation partners, adhering to agreed levels, standards and supply‑chain contracts.
- Create & maintain effective partnerships with local authority senior EHO’s and other regional stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant UK legislation.
- Work with Regional Operations Manager and Head of Procurement Services to optimise bed‑space utilisation in line with contractual and company requirements.
- Maintain values, ethical standards, policies and procedures; meet performance targets and KPI’s.
- Drive continuous improvement and share best practice across the supply chain.
- Promote a positive health‑and‑safety culture to agreed standards.
- Maintain accurate administration and records of the procurement department in line with company procedure.
- Ensure proper property handover, sign‑off processes and compliance with Local Authority, UKVI and other regulatory legislation.
- Answer daily telephone calls, emails and enquiries from landlords and agents.
- Handle all Local Authority notices in the prescribed manner.
- Meet internal audit, compliance criteria and company standards.
- Work closely with your line manager and team members.
- Collaborate with others, attending meetings as required.
- Provide support and on‑the‑job training to team members.
- Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager.
- Keep up to date with all written and verbal communications.
- Maintain accurate records as per company policies.
- Monitor own work levels, progress and development.
- Complete all core learning and development programmes; undertake relevant learning according to an agreed Personal Development Plan.
- Ensure personal data handled by Clearsprings Group is kept securely and not disclosed without authorisation and a confidentiality agreement.
- Perform any other duties within the scope of responsibility and ability, including support for other local company projects.
