Contract: Permanent

About the Opportunity

We’re expanding our service offering and looking for a proactive and detail-focused Learning & Development Coordinator to join our growing Services Procurement team.

In this role, you’ll deliver seamless, end‑to‑end administration of learning activities for a major programme supporting a large UK-based organisation. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring employees receive the right training at the right time, working across scheduling, logistics, systems management, and supplier coordination.

If you thrive in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment and enjoy creating order from complexity, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a future‑focused and supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating and scheduling training activities (instructor‑led and e‑learning)
  • Booking venues and public courses, confirming trainers, and issuing joining instructions
  • Managing logistics such as attendee lists and access requirements
  • Keeping learning systems and training records accurate and up to date
  • Handling rescheduling, cancellations, and troubleshooting
  • Providing helpful, timely support to employees, managers, and suppliers
  • Supporting training activity and compliance reporting
  • Collaborating with fellow coordinators to balance peaks in workload

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • 1–3 years of administrative experience (L&D, HR or training environments highly desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service, especially written communication
  • Confident IT skills, including Excel
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle volume
  • Eligible for Security Clearance (SC)
  • Comfort commuting to Stevenage for occasional onsite responsibilities

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with learning platforms / LMS
  • Experience supporting training suppliers or managed learning services

Why Join Us?

At Guidant Global, people and technology are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll be part of a newly formed team where collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement are valued from day one.

We foster a culture that encourages you to:

  • Push Boundaries – challenge assumptions and think creatively
  • Take Ownership – lead with autonomy and data‑driven decisions
  • Create Impact – focus on meaningful outcomes
  • Stay Human – bring warmth, empathy, and connection to your work

You’ll also have clear development pathways, with opportunities to progress into senior coordination, team leadership, or specialist roles across our expanding Services Procurement function.

Interested?

We’d love to hear from you. Apply now to be part of a growing service where your detail, care, and ownership will make a real difference.
