• Cultivate clients’ capabilities to unlock their full potential through passionate and creative coaching.
• Act as an accountability partner, helping individuals design, reimagine, and explore career options and create action plans to reach their goals.
• Guide clients through self‑reflection and self‑assessment, using proprietary tools and assessments to uncover strengths and blind spots.
• Engage with clients via phone, video calls, emails, and other communication channels to enhance their career management awareness.
• Debrief assessment results (where applicable) and use powerful questioning to surface potential blind spots.

• Minimum of 3 years delivering career coaching with assessment feedback experience.
• Experience in career transition, supporting leaders and employees, including CV writing and bio updates.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Coaching credential (ICF/EMCC) highly desirable, but not essential.
• Experience delivering coaching in large, dynamic, complex environments with a focus on results.
• Experience using psychometric assessments to inform coaching goals (e.g., KF certification preferred).
• Empathetic, naturally curious, digitally minded, client‑focused, with unwavering ethics and integrity.
• Inclusive collaborator with strong influence skills and ability to build rapport quickly and maintain partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• Flexible, responsive, expert communicator able to work across a geographically dispersed client base.
• Experience with customer‑relations management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
