Team
You’ll join our Training team, reporting to the Crew Planning Training Manager. This team ensures that pilots and cabin crew receive the training they need to keep our operation running smoothly and safely.
The RoleAs Training Planning Officer you’ll play a key part in planning and maintaining Easy Jet’s pilot and cabin crew training rosters. You’ll ensure rosters are built efficiently and cost‑effectively, taking fatigue into account and minimising any impact.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain training rosters in line with legal, company, industrial and training agreements.
- Create and update manuals and procedures.
- Generate training‑related statistics and reports.
- Test and maintain the AIMS system training module.
- Support the annual budget process.
- Carry out audits and report on crew expiry issues.
- Ensure all recurrent, initial and ad‑hoc training is planned and delivered on time.
- Monitor compliance and report any delays or issues.
- Run daily reports to ensure all rosters are legal and compliant.
- Team player with a positive, constructive approach to improving roster quality.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and improve crew rosters.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to excellent service.
- Detailed understanding of the AIMS Crew Tracking system (or similar) and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of pilot and cabin crew training footprints.
- Computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of EASA FTL, Fatigue Risk Management or other crew compliance regulations.
- Experience working to strict deadlines, ideally within an airline environment.
- Previous operational airline experience, especially in crewing/operations, is highly desirable.
- Up to 20% maximum bonus.
