As a Stores Operative you’ll play a key role in keeping our aircraft flying safely and on time. You’ll support planned maintenance activity by ensuring the right materials tools and components are available when they’re needed. With a strong eye for detail and a safety-first mindset you’ll help maintain our high regulatory and operational standards every single day.

Jet’s commitment to safe reliable and efficient operations. You’ll bring a practical hands‑on approach and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. You’ll be comfortable managing stock tooling and material flows in a busy operational environment.

• Receiving inspecting and handling materials tooling and shipments
• Supporting planned maintenance through accurate pre-loading of aircraft spares
• Managing stock levels and liaising with suppliers to maintain minimum operating requirements
• Handling unserviceable components including quarantine and timely returns
• Supporting COAS requirements and tooling loans between bases
• Monitoring calibration periods for tools and equipment
• Working in line with health safety regulatory and company requirements

• Experience in an engineering stores or tooling environment is essential
• Strong attention to detail and confidence using IT systems
• A flexible approach to meet operational demands and deadlines
• A current driving licence (this is essential)
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivery and continuous improvement

This full-time role will be based in Luton Airport. We have two positions, working a DDNN 12 hour, and Permanent Nights both 5-5-4 shifts. Please confirm which shift you are applying for.
