JJ SEARCH LIMITED is seeking a SMCR & T&C Compliance Officer for a private bank on a 12-month contract with potential to convert to permanent. You will design, maintain and embed the Training & Competence policy and procedures aligned to FCA requirements and the bank's risk appetite.
You will own the Certified Persons and Senior Managers training strategy, manage annual certifications and CPD, lead fit and proper assessments, and produce MI for ExCo/Board on certification status and compliance
