Lifts Contracts Manager

Lifts Contracts Manager needed in West London Paying £36.59 per hr  Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities Contract Management Manage lift maintenance, repair, and servicing contracts to ensure contractual and statutory compliance. Monitor contractor performance through regular reviews, audits, and KPI reporting. Lead monthly contract performance meetings and oversee service improvement plans. Support procurement activities, including tender preparation, specification development, and contract mobilisation. Administer service agreements, schedules, specifications, invoices, and contract documentation. Compliance and Resident Safety Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations, including LOLER and PUWER.

Manage and monitor lift inspection programmes and ensure defects are addressed within agreed timescales. Maintain accurate compliance records and certification. Provide technical advice on legislative changes and their impact on service delivery. Support health and safety compliance and resident safety objectives. Technical and Asset Management Monitor the condition and performance of lifts, hoists, and associated equipment. Support the development and implementation of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes.

Assist with lift replacement and capital improvement projects. Conduct condition assessments and support stock condition surveys. Identify recurring maintenance issues and implement effective corrective actions. Financial Management Monitor and control servicing, maintenance, and repair budgets. Scrutinise contractor invoices and payment applications. Produce financial reports and forecasts relating to contract expenditure. Ensure value for money is achieved across all service contracts.

Performance Reporting Produce monthly KPI and compliance reports. Provide statistical analysis relating to maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and contract performance. Maintain accurate databases and information systems. Report on risks, trends, and recommendations for service improvement. Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with residents, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams. Manage complaints and enquiries relating to lift services. Build effective working relationships with procurement, compliance, technical, and operational teams.
