We’re looking for a Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to join our HS&E team at our Chipping Campden site.
The role:You’ll support the HS&E Manager in maintaining and improving our health, safety, and environmental management systems, working closely with teams across the business to embed best practice.
What you’ll do- Advise and support compliance with HS&E legislation and internal policies
- Carry out risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations
- Analyse HS&E data and prepare reports for senior management
- Support HS&E representatives and deliver training across the business
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement
- 2–3 years’ experience in an HS&E role
- Strong knowledge of HS&E legislation
- Confident communicator with good analytical and organisational skills
- Pension matched up to 10%
