Your future duties and responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead strategic payments consulting engagements and transformation programmes, helping banking and financial services clients respond to market, regulatory and technology change. You will take ownership of complex client challenges, translating developments across real-time payments, cross-border payments, ISO 20022 and digital innovation into practical strategies and transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable value.

You will also play a key role in growing CGI’s payments capability, shaping propositions and supporting strategic sales opportunities. Working with colleagues across consulting, delivery, technology and alliances, you will bring together the right expertise to develop innovative solutions. As a trusted advisor and payments specialist, you will influence senior stakeholders while mentoring colleagues and sharing expertise across CGI.
• Advise & Transform – Lead strategic payments consulting engagements and large-scale transformation programmes.
• Shape & Innovate – Develop propositions spanning real-time, cross-border and digital payments, ISO 20022 and emerging technologies.
• Influence & Engage – Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior payments, operations, technology and transformation leaders.
• Lead & Deliver – Guide payments modernisation from strategy through delivery, driving successful business and technology outcomes.
• Position & Grow – Shape solutions, support sales pursuits and contribute to sustainable growth across CGI’s Banking practice.
• Interpret & Advise – Turn regulatory, scheme and market developments into actionable client strategies.
• Collaborate & Orchestrate – Unite consulting, delivery, alliance and technology expertise to deliver integrated solutions.
• Coach & Elevate – Strengthen CGI’s payments capability through mentoring, knowledge sharing and thought leadership.
• Represent & Influence – Build CGI’s market presence through industry events, client forums and thought leadership.
