We're partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that's transforming how organisations manage complex compliance, risk, and safety processes through technology and AI.

This is an opportunity for a Product Manager who wants genuine ownership. You'll work across discovery, delivery, and product development, helping shape products used daily by thousands of users while playing a key role in the company's AI-first approach to product management.

• Owning products and features from discovery through to launch and iteration.
• Working closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
• Conducting user research and gathering insights to identify opportunities.
• Creating prototypes and validating ideas before development begins.
• Writing clear requirements and user stories that support efficient delivery.
• Managing priorities, removing blockers, and driving execution.
• Using AI tools to accelerate research, discovery, prototyping, and product workflows.
• Monitoring outcomes and continuously improving product performance and user experience.

• 2+ years' experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product-focused role.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and managing product delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bring clarity to complex challenges.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on ownership and accountability.
• An interest in AI tools and how they're changing the product development lifecycle.
• Someone who cares about outcomes, not just outputs.
