Senior Quantity Surveyor - Bedfordshire £90-100K  Car Allowance  Pension  Benefits Major new build Data Centre project A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a data centre project. This is an excellent opportunity to join an already established while major organisation also investing heavily in the development and progression of its people.

Youll be working in a supportive commercial team structure, working alongside an experienced Commercial Manager and overseeing an established support team. The company has a strong track record of promoting from within and offers clear, structured career progression. Typical responsibilities will include:
Managing project costs and ensuring financial efficiency Supporting procurement and subcontractor management Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports Assisting with contract administration and risk management Working closely with the site and project delivery teams Supporting the Commercial Manager in overall project performance About You Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in UK / Irish Construction Background with a main contractor (tier 1 preferred) Commutable to Dunstable Whats on Offer c.
