Quest Employment is currently recruiting Labourers on behalf of our client for temporary ongoing work on a busy construction site in Luton Town Centre.

As a Labourer, you will support the site team with a variety of general labouring duties to help ensure the smooth running of the construction project.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting tradespeople on site.
• Moving and unloading materials.
• Keeping the site clean, tidy and safe.
• Clearing waste and maintaining designated work areas.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Carrying out general labouring duties as instructed by the site management team.

We're looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Safety conscious with a positive attitude.
• Previous labouring or construction site experience is desirable but not essential.
