Preconstruction Manager

We are working with a well-established specialist contractor with over 30 years experience delivering complex groundworks, civil engineering, reinforced concrete and substructure projects across London and the UK.

They are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join their team and take responsibility for the successful planning, development and delivery of projects from preconstruction stage through to handover.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong construction professional with a background in groundworks, RC frame, reinforced concrete or civil engineering who wants to play a key role within a growing specialist contractor.

The Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading the preconstruction process across a number of groundworks and civil engineering projects.
• Working closely with commercial, design and operational teams to develop project strategies.
