My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to help deliver a water treatment scheme in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor with a strong water and civils background to join an established project team.
Site Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Toolbox talks
- Supervising site operatives and subcontractors
- Managing day-to-day site activities
- Allocating labour, plant and materials
- Client liaison
- Health and safety compliance
- Ensuring works are carried out in line with RAMS
- Monitoring progress and reporting to the Site Manager
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
- Maintaining quality standards and site records
- Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site
Site Supervisor Requirements:
- SSSTS
- CSCS
- Previous experience working on water treatment or water infrastructure sites is essential
- Strong civil engineering background
- Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors
- Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements
- IT literate
- Full UK driving licence
